To secure your spot, the following payment schedule applies:

• 25% non-refundable deposit due by June 1, 2026 to reserve your space
• Additional 25% deposit due by August 15, 2026
• Remaining 50% balance due by September 1, 2026

Trip 2

• 25% non-refundable deposit due by December 31, 2026 to reserve your space
• Additional 25% deposit due by February 15, 2027
• Remaining 50% balance due by April 1, 2027

Your reservation is only confirmed once the initial deposit is received. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund.
